Lokum with double roasted hazelnuts with the addition of coconut shavings. A popular Turkish dessert, also known jako rachatłukum – turkish delight. Lokum resembles jelly and is made of water, starch, sugar with the addition of aromas. In Turkey and Arab countries, the accommodation is often served with bitter coffee or tea.
