Cheese with a velvety texture. Very popular from the Balkans to the Middle East. Ideal for preparing dishes such as Turkish lasagna, borek, ravioli or as an addition to bread, rice or vegetables. Does not contain rennet, always easy to spread.

Composition: milk 89%, vegetable oil 8% (palm), emulsifier E339, salt, lactic acid bacteria.
