Mamoul (Maamoul) – shortbread Arabic vanilla cookies with date filling, very popular in Middle Eastern countries. The package contains 12 cookies of about 35g. Packaged separately, so you can always have them with you.

Composition: cookie (58%): wheat flour, non-hydrogenated palm oil, sugar, butter, maize starch, whey powder, honey, salt, raising agent (sodium bicarbonate E500), vegetable emulsifier (E472e), artificial flavors (butter, ethylaniline), dough improver (enzyme: protease).
