Halvah vanilla-cocoa Pismaniye 180 g

The Turkish delicacy of Pişmaniye resembles cotton candy, with a vanilla-cococoa flavor, but has a brittle texture and a deeper taste. Unlike cotton candy, it contains e.g. flour, and from this sweet mixture thousands of small, brittle strands are formed.

These strands are collected in bite-sized balls and packed in boxes like candy. Pişmaniye comes in several varieties e.g. Vanilla flavour. It’s a very sweet dessert, at the same time light as fluff and melting in your mouth.

Composition: sugar, wheat flour, sugar, palm oil, cocoa powder, acidity regulator citric acid (E330), natural vanilla flavour. May contain nuts, peanuts, sesame seeds. Store in a dry and cool place.
