Speaking of North African snacks, bean comes first. It can be served densely with spices, cumin or chilli, or as bread paste.
Method of preparation: Drain the bean from the brine, rinse with water if necessary, mash in a bowl with a fork. Add crushed garlic, cumin, a little harissa, mix. Pour olive oil and decorate with parsley.
