Falafel Mix Durra 350 g

A way to make a delicious, quick, easy and gluten-free falafel in a few minutes. Just mix the powder with water and fry the falafel balls until golden brown or bake in the oven without using oil. To further enrich the taste of the finished mixture, you can add cooked chickpeas, onions or other chopped vegetables to it.

These golden brown, fluffy pancakes are crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. They are usually served in Arabic pita bread, kebabs or sandwiches with refreshing dressings, fresh vegetables and Middle Eastern pickles, e.g. pink turnip.
