Earl Gray owes its unique taste and aroma to bergamot oil.

The name bergamot was introduced by the Turks, calling it the fruit of Princess Pear grown in the Mediterranean zone similar in shape to citrus fruits, having a thick, fleshy skin. It is from this skin that aromatic oil is pressed, added, among others, to teas. The substances contained in bergamot oil strengthen the immune system, increase the production of endorphins, responsible for improving mood and stimulate the brain.
