To create this blend, our tea masters balanced the malty flavor of Indian Assam tea with the distinctive Ceylon tea and bright Kenyan teas. We use plenty of Assam Second Flush tea (leaves harvested at the peak of their quality) for a refreshing brew full of rich, uplifting flavours. Wherever your day takes you, a cup of our English Breakfast Tea will get you there. Whether you drink it in the morning with breakfast or afternoon tea, or sip it as an afternoon refreshment, you will find a solid, aromatic tea in every cup. Just add a splash of milk (and a full English breakfast) to start your day the way Ahmad Tea does.

Preparation:

Water

The quality of the water used affects the quality of the tea. Always use fresh water or filtered water.

Temperature

Heat water to a boil using an electric water heater or electric kettle.

Brewing

Use the brewer of your choice. Measure 1 teaspoon of tea per person. For a stronger brew, add an extra teaspoon to the dish.

When the water reaches the right temperature, pour it over the tea leaves immediately. Keep the teapot covered to keep it warm. Measure the brewing time carefully and brew the tea for 5-7 minutes. Remove the tea immediately after brewing and stir lightly.
