This means that the leaves are harvested in the second “harvest” of the tea plant when they are at their peak of quality and flavor . The leaves are hand-picked in the Brahmaputra Valley, an area known for its unique tea gardens. You will see a mix of tea tips, leaf buds and large leaves in this blend. We packed 100 grams (g) of loose leaf tea in foil in the box, so that it reaches you fresh and full of flavor. To take full advantage of the larger leaves in this blend, we recommend letting the tea sit a bit longer than usual (7 to 10 minutes).
