Popular in the Asian Middle East and Egypt dish in the form of paste or dip, the basic ingredient of which are baked eggplants and sezam in the form of tahini paste. This paste is most often eaten with bread, applied to pita or khobez bread pancakes, or added to vegetables or grilled meats. In Polish conditions, it can be used jako sandwich base.
