Turkish sweet sucuk also known as i czurczchela lo such a place based on pomegranate syrup (molasses) and walnuts. The method of preparing this delicacy consists in dragging walnuts through the thread and then immersing in the prepared mass of molasses and starch. The whole thing hangs until it dries. In Turkey, this snack is known as Nut Sucuk. It is a perfect addition to Turkish tea or coffee. Sucuk can be cut into smaller pieces.
