Method of preparation:

Pour 2 teaspoons of very finely ground coffee into the crucible, add 1 teaspoon of sugar (of course, the amount of sugar – at your discretion) and mix. Pour cold water, leaving some room for “bathing”. Place the crucible on the stove and set to a small flame.

When the coffee starts to rise (bath), pick up the crucible and wait until it falls a little. Put the crucible back on the stove. When the coffee rises again after a while to the core, set aside the crucible and extinguish the flame.

Pour half of the contents of the crucible into the cup – quite quickly. Stir the rest, making circular movements with a crucible (do not stir with a spoon) and pour into a cup.

On the coffee should appear foam with a thickness of approx. 0,5 cm.

Store in a dry and cool place, away from highly flavored materials.
